You are The Filter.

This phrase popped into my head when I was thinking about the next group healing session, and I continued to hear it, so I knew it was important. 

Where some see despair, others see creative possibility.  Where some see mistakes and failure, others see learning and growth.  Where some see destruction, others see rebirth.

The lens you choose to look through influences what you see.  When we look through other’s lens, thinking that they are clearer or better because of who they are or what they know, we can deny the reality of our lived experience and our heart.

You are the chooser of your perspective.

Breathwork can clear the window you look through so you can see and feel YOUR truth and recognize it as unique, valuable, and VALID. The less distortion we have in our lens, the less looping we do in our mind. 

We are clear.  Life is clear.  We know what to do and we know the next right action to take. 

Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses the breath to purge the body and nervous system of emotional debris.  It is part catharsis, part socially sanctioned adult temper tantrum, and part consciousness altering.  The experience moves stagnant emotional energy and facilitates release of strong emotions like anger and sadness.  It can help you to find a home in your body and your heart and help you learn to trust yourself.  It leaves you feeling softer, open and less burdened.
