Growing and owning our self worth is a lifetime process of peeling the layers of familial conditioning, societal programming, and core wounds and patterns. When you understand that you were imprinted with what was acceptable/not acceptable about you and that we shapeshifted in order to receive love from conception to seven years old, you understand why you are the way you are. You can let go of the idea that something is wrong with you and find the courage to just bring more of yourself forward.
I’ll share a teaching activation on these important pieces of understanding how we came into being as young ones, then we will have a Breathwork healing session, followed by a Q&A:
- How the shadow is created and forms our identity
-How to wrap our arms around our whole self and welcome it home
- Why they are personality adaptations and not character flaws
- What wound spirals are & how they bring our child consciousness forward
- Finding the subconscious beliefs we chose to keep us safe & help us belong
- Identifying the risks AND the benefits of letting go of these programs
- Choosing a new program/belief that allows us to feel liberated and expressed in life
- Navigating the potential loss and gifts that come with changes in identity
Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses the breath to purge the body and nervous system of emotional debris. The experience moves stagnant emotional energy and facilitates release of strong emotions like anger and sadness. It can help you to find a home in your body and your heart and help you learn to trust yourself. It leaves you feeling softer, open and less burdened.
