Why do we need to learn how to anchor ourselves-energetically, emotionally, and mentally? Because life will take you out of your center and you need to know how to return to yourself. I know you already know how this feels in your body. You get triggered by something and it stays with you, activating your nervous system, creating mental loops, and an increasing feeling of internal spinning and feeling ungrounded. These spirals can take ahold of you and in the continued “times like these”, we want to know how to stay steady emotionally and energetically.
I’ll teach you how Breathwork can support each different nervous system response and how it can help you release the charge that is connected to core wounds and patterns that live in the subconscious. This will be a power tool in your toolbox to be able to hold yourself through things that happen in the outside world and things that happen inside your personal life.
You are more powerful than you know and your body can become a safe home for you to live.
Breathwork is Sacred Hygiene. It is an opportunity to cleanse the emotional body of any residue that has built up in your body or your belief system.
Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses the breath to purge the body and nervous system of emotional debris. It is part catharsis and part consciousness altering. The experience moves stuck or stagnant energy and facilitates release of strong emotions like anger and sadness. It can help you to find a home in your body and your heart and help you learn to trust yourself. It leaves you feeling softer, open and less burdened.
