How bad do you want it is a cheeky but appropriately pushy-for-the-times theme that asks “are you waiting to live your life?”

There’s the thing we desire and the trauma that makes it feel out of reach. You want to use your voice and step into your power but the fear of potential consequences stops you in your tracks. Your want a sacred conscious relationship but the fear of being fully seen in all of your human messiness holds you back. You want to set all the healthy boundaries and stop people pleasing but the fear of potentially having to let go of a lot of people in your life keeps those patterns alive.

Often, we need to get so thoroughly fed up with something…or pushed so hard…to let something we know doesn’t work for us anymore go. Or you can choose, draw a line in the sand, commit to your courage, create a new template, and guide the ship of your life into all new territory.

 Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses the breath to purge the body and nervous system of emotional debris.  It is part catharsis, part socially sanctioned adult temper tantrum, and part consciousness altering.  The experience moves stagnant emotional energy and facilitates release of strong emotions like anger and sadness.  It can help you to find a home in your body and your heart and help you learn to trust yourself.  It leaves you feeling softer, open and less burdened.

Some of you may notice that I have made a change in how I offer reduced rates. I am in process with this but will always make sure that if there is financial challenge, there are spots available.
