When you build your resilience, you are more able to respond instead of react, to your life.  

Our nervous system is dynamic and the more flexible it can be, the less we will go sideways when life happens.

This full moon eclipse in the sign of Scorpio, is asking you to witness the tension between who you have been and what you came here to become. Life is now. Life is asking you to grow up and show up in ways that only you know.

Life is always going to throw some curveballs our way. Our ability to stretch and meet the moment is determined by our ability to come into right relationship with discomfort. When we practice holding strong physical and emotional sensation within our bodies in safe and sacred space, our ability to do this “off the mat” increases. Breathwork will allow you to come home to your own body and what lives there, with every inhale.

You get to declare and choose that your body is a safe place for you to live.

Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses the breath to purge the body and nervous system of emotional debris.  It is part catharsis, part socially sanctioned adult temper tantrum, and part consciousness altering.  The experience moves stagnant emotional energy and facilitates release of strong emotions like anger and sadness.  It can help you to find a home in your body and your heart and help you learn to trust yourself.  It leaves you feeling softer, open and less burdened.
