The Fall Equinox is a day of equal light and dark. With so much of the social structures and scaffolding of our life dissolving or in flux, being able to align with the steady, never ending rhythm of nature is a deep comfort and place to find solace. When we align with the cycles of nature, we are our most healthy. The Lungs are the organ of Fall and help us receive (inspiration) and let go (expiration) from moment to moment. Letting go of what you don’t need, creates space for renewal and fresh insight.
Two of our stickiest relationships exist with receiving (inhaling) and letting go (exhaling).
Your ability to receive is directly correlated to how much you value yourself. Your ability to let go is directly correlated to how much you are able to trust in the unknown. Fall is about celebrating your harvest (receiving) and all that you have created and brought into being this year. Fall also asks you to lead go of all that is ready to die, all that is no longer useful, all that will hinder you in your movement forward (letting go).
Breathwork is Sacred Hygiene. It is an opportunity to cleanse the emotional body of any residue that has built up in your physical self or your belief system.
It’s time to clear out the cobwebs, release the weight, and clean the slate so we can tread lightly as we move into this next season of life together.
Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses the breath to purge the body and nervous system of emotional debris. It is part catharsis, part socially sanctioned adult temper tantrum, and part consciousness altering. The experience moves stagnant emotional energy and facilitates release of strong emotions like anger and sadness. It can help you to find a home in your body and your heart and help you learn to trust yourself. It leaves you feeling softer, open and less burdened.

I have allocated a certain number of reduced rate spaces for those who are at need/experiencing financial insecurity. Please be mindful in your financial self assessment so that these are available to those that really need them. Some of you may notice that I have made a change in how I offer reduced rates. I am in process with this but will always make sure that if there is financial challenge, there are spots available. The spaces will show as sold out when they have all been claimed.
