Online Breathwork Healer Training Level One
*This is the ONLY online Breathwork training I will be teaching in 2025
This training is for people who want to become certified Breathwork facilitators and offer this work to current or future clients. If you are just curious and want to learn more about Breathwork, but don’t plan to offer this work to people, email me at erin@erintelford.com and I am happy to point you in the right direction.
Training overview
*This is the ONLY online Breathwork training I will be teaching in 2025.
In the Level One training you will learn about the 2-stage Breathwork meditation, which is one of the foundational tools of the work. You will learn why the breath is used the way it is in clearing your mind and body of stuck energy. Exercises and partnered sessions within the class are used to develop your connection to intuition, boost confidence around your gifts and talents to live freely, and open the heart to the power of self-love.
In the training we will explore David Elliott’s healing tools and extensive discussion about the work, the breath and what it is to heal yourself and others. This class is the first of five levels that certify you to work with others and lead breath work circles.
You will be able to lead your own one on one Breathwork sessions following this class.
Breathwork supports you in creating a conscious, kind, and intimate relationship with yourself. You learn to hold yourself through difficulty with groundedness and grace. You learn to hold yourself through triggers and activations with love and patience. You learn to speak to yourself with tenderness as you peel the layers of conditioning and programming that we collect in our childhood.
You come home to you, again and again, with every breath.
Training Details

DATES:
Saturday, March 15th - Sunday, March 16th, 2025 8:30am-4:30pm PDT.
mandatory ADDITIONAL HOMEWORK MEETING:
Sunday, March 9th from 9am-12pm PDT.
All classes are on Zoom. Live attendance of both the homework meeting and both full days of the online training are mandatory. Please bring to class a notebook, something to write with, an eye cover if you like to use those, water and a curious mind. *For the training & homework meeting, you must be indoors in a private and un-interrupted space.
Class preparation:
Before the training it will be required that your read both books by David Elliott: Healing and The Reluctant Healer.
The homework will be selected written exercises taken from both books which we will review in the homework meeting. *Both books must be read in their entirety and all exercises completed for the homework meeting on March 9th. I will send you the exercises as soon as you sign up.
Level One tuition: $650 USD
There are two needs based partial scholarship spaces ($325) available for this training. If you can realistically manage a training payment plan, then I ask you to allow others who may have greater financial need to claim the partial scholarship spots. Please honestly consider your own needs. When they have been claimed they will show as sold out.

Training Lineage
I have been studying with David Elliott for ten years-facilitating one on one sessions, teacher trainings, and leading monthly Breathwork circles. I am a certified Breathwork healer and teacher trainer in his work. I credit this work with deepening my connection with my intuition and creativity, healing my relationship with myself, and finding new levels of purpose, passion and faith in my life.
Certification Requirements
With the growing popularity of Breathwork, it’s very important to me to preserve the integrity of this work and make sure that anyone who offers this work is properly trained. This is the first of five levels that you will need to take in order to be certified as a facilitator in this Breathwork technique. You are only certified upon completion of all five levels. Completing your training is essential to be able to offer the depth of this work in a responsible, highly skilled way. Please plan to commit and complete your training if you sign up for Level One. David Elliott (the creator of this work) will be offering the other levels and you can see his schedule here.

Trainings Policy: 50% of the payment is non-refundable. Account credit only on the remaining 50% if you cancel within two weeks of start of the program. This account credit will have an expiration date of 1 year. Cancellations made with less than two weeks notice or leaving the training while in progress will not receive any credit or refund. Purchase of your ticket indicates acceptance of this policy. Trainings are not transferable to future dates or other people.
