The Fall Equinox is a day of equal light and dark. With so much of the social structures and scaffolding of our life dissolving or in flux, being able to align with the steady, never ending rhythm of nature is a deep comfort and place to find solace. When we align with the cycles of nature, we are our most healthy. The Lungs are the organ of Fall and help us receive (inspiration) and let go (expiration) from moment to moment. With so much of the social structures and scaffolding of our life dissolving or in flux, being able to align with the steady, never ending rhythm of nature is a deep comfort and place to find solace. If I were to ask you right now where you resourced your power from and what leaks were present in your field, would you be able to answer? There are NO “negative” emotions, only emotions that are challenging and require more capacity and understanding from us to be able to receive their messages. Our emotions are the language of our body and they are trying to communicate with us.
Anger is Human. Anger is Big. Anger is also catalytic and gets things done. Anger connects us to our Sacred No. Anger can let us know when a boundary has been crossed. Anger can let us know when it’s time to be complete with something.
Knowing why your anger shows up and what it needs will allow you to utilize this powerful emotion as a sacred tool, not a part of you that you need to get rid of or be afraid of.
I’ll share a teaching activation on these important pieces of understanding how we can relate to and understand anger, then we will have a Breathwork healing session, followed by a Q&A:
