Breathwork is Sacred Hygiene. It is an opportunity to cleanse the emotional body of any stuck energy that lives in your belief system. We all have limiting beliefs and core wounds that are implanted into our subconscious, usually when we are very young. In this group, we will be working on clearing out the programs of our shadow side, so that we can get unstuck, find clarity, connect to our intuition & creativity, and move forward without fear.
Breathwork is an active meditation technique done lying down that uses the breath to cleanse the body of stuck emotional energy. It facilitates the release of strong emotions like anger and sadness. It leaves you feeling softer, open and less burdened.
Breathwork can change emotional default settings, patterns of depression and anxiety, connect you to your intuition, help you access your creativity and open your heart to increased gratitude and self-love. It is a self-healing practice that has changed lives and is an efficient and effective way to emotionally detox.
Breathwork is part catharsis, part socially sanctioned adult temper tantrum, part community building and part consciousness expanding experience.
