I am partnering with the fabulous Quinn Asteak-health coach, nutritionist and cheerleader for your health-to host a cooking party on Wednesday, November 3rd. We are combining the power of nutrition with the magic of Chinese medicine to concoct a delicious, nutritious soup that will help you fight off colds and flus this season.
Part of the class will be a demonstration, part of it will be hands-on, and part of it will be enjoying our final creation together. It will be fun, casual and a great way to get some culinary experience if you are the person that never cooks. The ultimate healthy dinner party-equal parts education, inspiration and community connection!
