Loving Kindness Guided Meditation

In response to all of the unsettling things that are happening in the world right now, I’ve created a new Loving Kindness guided meditation video.  Loving Kindness meditation creates a feeling of social connection and lights up the parts of the brain that correspond to our ability to empathize with others, be present emotionally with our experiences AND our ability to attune to the emotional states of those around us. 
 
Basically, if you practice this meditation, you will feel more connection and intimacy and be able to communicate better with the people in your life.  Sounds good right?  Try it out for 10 days, 21 days, 40 days…a lifetime =)
